Set in over an acre of beautiful wooded garden on the edge of Budleigh Salterton in Devon. Just  over 10 minutes walk to the town. The lovely pebble beach is a few minutes further. Walks along the coastal path, the River Otter and Woodbury Common are all accessible from the door.

Budleigh Salterton makes a perfect base from which to explore some of the finest coutryside in England. Whether you prefer lazing on the beach, shopping in the cathederal city of Exeter or kite surfing off Exmouth (or all three!), the cottage provides a luxurious retreat to return to.

Nearby, the River Otter is a bird watchers paradise. There is great fishing off budleigh beach. There are extensive cycle tracks linking the cottage to exmouth, the River Exe and Topsham.

For the more adventurous there is a huge playground for mountain bikers on woodbury common, just a few minutes from your door. Dartmoor is a forty minute drive, Exmoor is less than an hour away.
