I love to bargain shop, but try not to buy anything I don't need simply because it's on sale or clearance. Last week my husband and I went to JcPenney and bought lots of clothes for little money. I found a blue sweater for $1.58; it was from one of Liz Claiborne's clothing line. My husband bought his teenage boy South Pole t-shirts for $2.38 and those are for Christmas. | | What's your best bargain? | | Ever gone shopping and found a really good sale and you go eureka!! It's really worth the money spent! What was the best bargain in shopping you have ever done? What items did you get and how much was your bargain?I recently got myself really cool 3 items that only cost a total of $5 and a few cents. It consisted of white Liz Claiborne knee-length pants, Levi's shorts, and a skort, all original. The store was having a big sale and an accompanying friend happened to have a real good eye for such great sales:-) | |
| | Outlet Malls | | What do you think of outlet malls? Do you shop there? Do you have one near your home? Do you think the items are quality or seconds or both?We have one outlet mall about 20 miles from our city. I love to go shopping there because there is a variety of name brand stores. I find the clothing good at most of the stores and they have awesome sales. Our mall has Gap, Old Navy, Levis, 9West, Reebock, Carter, Osh Kosh, Bali/Leggs/Maidenform, Liz Claiborne, Dress Barn, New York Fashions and more!The only store I quit shopping at was Liz Claiborne. I found too many items in there ripped, dirty, or stained. I haven't had any problems at the other stores and most of the clothing is just over-stocked items. The sales are great and you can join the outlet club and get a coupon discount book on each visit!What are your thoughts on outlet malls? | |
