July 1, 2007 of this year my family bought a deed for the new and unique Animal Kingdom Villas which is due to open September 1, 2007 of this year. | | Above Ground Pool or Disney Vacation? | | We have a choice to make. Our kids are ages 11 and 6. We can buy a 24 foot, 52 inch deep above ground pool or we can take the kids to DisneyWorld this Fall.Lots of pros and cons here. I am pretty sure we're all on board with buying the pool. It's also possible we can still swing the disney vacation this Fall or take a vacation someplace closer to us (so we don't have to fly).I'm just wondering what all you myLotters think about it. Did you ever have to choose between the two? If so, which one did you choose? Were you satisfied with your choice or did you regret it later?

| | Disney Vacation Great for ALL ages | | we recently visited Florida and it was our first official vacation has a family and it was great!! i was hesitant at first to take my 2 yr old for i thought there wouldnt be all that much for her to do well first of all the theme parks have child swap which allows everyone to ride without the hassle of the line you see i waited in line and m hsuband would wait in a child swap area and after my ride was done he would hop right into my seat and i waited with out daughter that was GREAT not to mention there wasnt a whole lot she COULDN'T do its very faimly oriented, i recommend Disney to everyone of all ages!!! | |

| | My dream vacation - A Disney Land & Sea trip! | | Hi everyone:)For quite a long time now I've been wanting to take a Disney Vacation! Ihave been researching the different options: Disneyland, Disney World, Disney Cruise, Land & Sea combo, etc.I think I have found my dream vacation!
I want to take my husband and 2yr old son on the Land & Sea vacation which is 3 nights at the Animal Knigdom Lodge and 4 nights on the Disney Wonder ship!I have even priced it out!
For the 3 of us it would be USD$3700 + airfare.
That would include 3 nights at the animal knigdom lodge, our park tickets, transportation from the airport to the hotel, then transport from hotel to port canaveral for the cruise, 4 nights in a deluxe stateroom with verandah, all meals and drinks (non-alcoholic) on the cruise, most of the "normal" activities on the ship too, and then transportation back to the airport after the cruise!It sounds like SOOOOO much fun and I know we'd love it!
So now all I have to do is come up with the money for it. I've been making and selling cloth diapers and knit childrens clothes online, and I also do photography sometimes, so I'm going to start advertising for photography some more as I think that will being in the most... | |
